<p>That expertise and &#8220;professionalism&#8221; would be the keys to your success. That clients’ would just seek you out when they heard how &#8220;good&#8221; you were at the service you provide.</p>
<p>&#8220;Training&#8221; was probably related, not to your profession, but to getting business and legal advice about starting and operating your small business or selling in your particular service.</p>
<p>Perhaps you set up an office of your own. You had the phone lines and computer equipment installed. You had all the ingredients to make coffee, your way. Then, you sat down and used the phone book to look for new clients or called the Yellow Pages in to see about advertising with them.</p>
<p>You may have had ideas in mind about &#8220;personal promotion,&#8221; or other image-building</p>
<p>techniques. Most certainly, you had all kinds of information about your product or service and how to be &#8220;the best&#8221; in your field. You believed that you or your business could really provide a <em>better</em> service. That, with a few phone calls and some publicity, the world would pay attention and, indeed, beat a path to your door!</p>
<p>Are we right? As you read through our material, you&#8217;ll see we are very blunt. We believe in being honest, which means we are not going to tell you just what you want to hear. We will only say what we know to be the truth.</p>

And, not just any information, but information based on years of <em>experience and results. </em>That&#8217;s what we&#8217;ll be sharing. In marketing, it&#8217;s the only thing that counts.</p>
<p>In fact, we are only interested in winning and seeing others win. Basing our suggestions on anything other than proven winners just isn&#8217;t going to happen. It&#8217;s a waste of time and money. We just wanted to share that with you up-front, so you know where we are coming from.</p>
<p>We <em>enjoy </em>helping people. And we want to help you make more money, to enjoy your business more, to feel the power that comes from success and a high level of self-esteem.</p>

<p>Getting new clients without suffering the tortures of wasting money on useless and non-responsive marketing is the best way I know to help you feel great!</p>

We&#8217;ve never known any way to make our business (and thus, our personal life) better unless we have a constant, never-ending flow of new prospects and clients who <em>come to us. </em>This is a very important fact that every business person must grasp &#8211; you&#8217;re not in the business you think you&#8217;re in, whether self-employed or working for someone else&#8230;you&#8217;re in the business of:</p>
<p><strong>“MARKETING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES” !</strong></p>
<p>That&#8217;s the bottom line. It&#8217;s true. No matter what business you&#8217;re in, no matter what product or service you offer, you&#8217;re not really in that business! You&#8217;re in the <strong><em>marketing </em></strong>of that business!</p>
<p>So, what does this mean? Well, it means you must change your thinking. You must accept the fact that you are a marketer first and a Financial Planner, Mortgage Broker, Accountant, Solicitor, Real Estate Agent or whatever, second. Until you do this, you&#8217;ll never make the kind of money you want to make.</p>
<p>The acceptance of your role as <strong><em>marketer </em></strong>is paramount. It&#8217;s the only way to change the size of your bank account and gain success otherwise unattainable. In any business&#8230;and yours is no different&#8230;the <strong>best marketer wins! </strong>Fact !</p>
<p>Is this rule breakable or flexible in any way? No ! Why not? Because it is true. It&#8217;s always been true, and always will be true. <strong>He or she who markets best, makes more money.</strong></p>
<p>Now, beware. This doesn&#8217;t mean you can market better and deliver substandard services.</p>
<p>You must not only work to be best marketer; you must also work to be the best Financial Planner, Mortgage Broker, Accountant, Solicitor, Real Estate Agent, as well. People want and deserve the best. But&#8230;and this is a BIG but&#8230;it doesn&#8217;t matter if you&#8217;re &#8220;the best&#8221; if you have no one to talk to except co-workers and family. They are not substitutes for paying clients.</p>
<p>Getting clients is the name of the game, and marketing is the way to get them ! As you consider our services, keep in mind that the kind of marketing we teach here is different from anything you may have seen or heard before. <p>You may have heard of the term sales funnel or marketing funnel before. Basically, what happens is you lead your clients through a funnel by upgrading them from buying low-cost products to eventually buying your higher-priced items such as your planning services or private wealth services.</p>
<p>In a marketing funnel, many of your subscribers won&#8217;t progress through it in a straight line. Some of your subscribers will skip some steps. They will buy your higher-priced products but don&#8217;t buy some of your lower-priced items. That is natural.</p>
<p>So how does your funnel work? First, you have to start by giving away valuable free content, preferably in the form of a free report. Then you sell them a low-cost $27-$57 ebook; this is your low-cost product. Generally, for every 100 subscribers that you get into your funnel, you should be able to get 2-5 subscribers to buy your low-cost ebook from you. Do that and you are doing great.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll want to get these subscribers who buy from you onto a separate mailing list in your autoresponder. This is the mailing list of your customers. From this list of customers, a percentage of those will buy your high-ticket items, like your home study course and your coaching program. Typically, you will want to charge $197-$397 for your home study course and $1000-$10000 for your coaching program, depending on the intensity and breadth of it. So that&#8217;s how you can increase the lifetime value of your customer and earn huge profits while helping others achieve their goals.</p>
